Complaints about quality of services will be made on the spot, throughout your stay in the hotel. Complaints following completion stay will not be considered.
Complaints regarding damage caused by theft, destruction or damage to property brought by the client at the hotel must be notified to the hotel within one hour of becoming aware of the event.

The hotel accepts cash payment (RON), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer (payment is made before the choice).
Reservation Policy / Cancellation
• Cancelation of a reservation without penalty charge is three days before arrival.
• Cancellations made within less than 72 hours or in case of no-show, the first night accommodation charge
• In case of no-show the hotel reserves the right to clear the room / rooms for the rest of your stay.
